We are very excited to share a delicious collaboration with you by our brilliant friend Kylee, aka The Modern Preserver. 

We have both been big fans of Kylee's books for a long time. Her original The Modern Preserver book is a preserving bible in our house and very well loved. Kylee's flavour combinations are wonderful and her recipes are always delicious.

We loved meeting Kylee and Mark when they first moved back to Aotearoa (we first got to know each other at a party at Tappo), and we have been good friends ever since.
